...get me some oxygen

This whole working out thing is killing me. Didn't realize I was actually out of shape until I had to run three laps around a gym and was looking for an oxygen mask by the end. Had volleyball for two hours again today and my whole body is rebelling against any kind of movement. I am sitting here immobile, and the sheer fact my fingers are moving is making the rest of me want sleep even more. So we will see how long I endure as I cover some events that happened last night after I wrote my blog. One detail I forgot to mention yesterday is that the French guy that sat next to me in my class all day yesterday, asked if I had a phone. I told him I did. He then proceeded to ask for my number. I was pretty taken aback, but told him I didn't know my number (which, by the way, is the truth). He looked at me like..yeaa..sure you don't know it, and then walked away. Haha. I felt pretty bad because he definitely thought I was avoiding him by saying I didn't know it. Ah the price we pay for honesty. Then yesterday night our group got together at the ice skating rink at around 9. When we discovered that it was closed, we all headed to Commerce (the downtown area-ish of Nantes). Half of us went to McDonalds to get McFlurries..yes it's my third day in a row. I have never eaten McDonalds so much in my life; but the ice cream is like a bit of heaven in your mouth. Sooo Leah and I made a promise that we would spend no more money on McDonalds the rest of our trip. Then we met up with the other half of our group at an Irish pub..go figure :) Well, this pub was really small and our table was right next to these 3 pretty drunk guys. They immediately started offering to buy us drinks before we could even sit down. One guy was pretty aggressive about getting me one, so my Irish friend, Bryan, said he was my boyfriend and to back off. They guy then offered to buy him a drink as well. ha So anyways, he did end up buying me a drink, which was a solid pint of beer for the record. I took about 4 sips then passed it around the table. Actually wasn't bad. Then Leah and I went to wait at the tram stop, but it wasn't coming for another 20 min and there were some sketch guys hanging around, so we went across the street to this darling little "kebab" restaurant. It's pretty much fast food, but they have  this huge thing of meat on roticery (wow..sp?) and it's basically a sandwich shop. So we got a small thing of fries with this delicious dill-ranch sauce thing. Soo..between my ice cream and fries, perhaps working out was a good idea? Might watch a movie tonight as I don't think I'm good for much else. Say a prayer for me and my pathetic self!
